Limbola, Limbe · Cameroon

A private houseabove the coast

Three levels, a rooftop with a pool, and about eight hundred metres of green between you and the Atlantic. Not a hotel — a residence that is yours for as long as you stay.

Welcome

No reception desk, no room number, no strangers in the corridor. You get the key, you cook in your own kitchen, and you decide when the evening ends.

Three ways to stay

One house, three front doors

Ground floor

Two apartments, each complete in itself: two bedrooms, a living area, a kitchen you can actually cook in. Separate entrances, so nobody walks through anybody else's evening.

The living levels

Above them, the villa opens up. A long living room, a dining table that seats the whole party, and balconies on more than one side so you can follow the shade around the house.

The roof

And then the roof: a pool, a barbecue, and a view that goes over the rooftops of Limbola towards the water. It is also where the weddings happen.

The terrace

The best room in the house has no walls

Covered, deep enough to stay dry in a downpour, and pointed at the sea. Most guests eat breakfast here and never quite get round to leaving it.

The Residence

What makes it work

The things you only notice when they are missing

Its own solar system

The house makes its own electricity. Light, air conditioning and wifi do not depend on the grid having a good day.

Clean water

Running, clean, and there when you turn the tap — for the kitchen, the showers and everything in between.

Watched and gated

The whole property is covered by exterior cameras, and staff are on site around the clock while guests are in the house.

Kept properly

Cleanliness and hygiene are the part of hospitality nobody photographs. We take them seriously anyway.

Rooftop & celebrations

Where the important evenings happen

The roof is the reason people come back. It is wide, open on all sides, and it can be arranged around whatever you are celebrating — a wedding, an engagement, a birthday, an anniversary, or the first time the whole family has been in one place for years.

There is a pool, a barbecue, and enough room to set it up your way.
