Families
Three bedrooms and a kitchen mean nobody is eating out three times a day, and the children have somewhere to be.
Upper levels · about 200 m²
The upper floors of the residence, taken as one. Three bedrooms, a living room long enough to lose people in, and the terrace everybody ends up on.
Living
The living area runs the width of the house and opens straight into the dining space, so a party of six never has to split up. Leather seating, a large television, and light coming in from both sides.
The lit ceiling is the villa's signature — and it dims.

Kitchen
Stone worktops, a hob, an oven, a full-height fridge, and cupboards that already hold the glasses, plates and pots you would otherwise have to go and buy.
If you would rather not cook at all, a private chef can be arranged for the evening or for the whole stay.

Bedrooms
Queen-size beds, fresh linen, blackout curtains and air conditioning in each of them.
The terrace
Covered, furnished, and facing out over the roofs of Limbola towards the water. Breakfast happens here. So does most of the evening.
Good for
Three bedrooms and a kitchen mean nobody is eating out three times a day, and the children have somewhere to be.
A month here works the way a flat works, not the way a hotel room works.
Six inside, and the roof directly above for everybody else.
