The short version

This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics and does not embed anything from other companies. Fonts, images and video are served from this same website. There is no consent banner either — there is nothing to consent to.

If you only send an enquiry, nothing stays here: the message goes straight to WhatsApp or to your e-mail program. If you book, we store your details in order to handle the stay — both are set out in detail below.

The enquiry form

The form on the contact page runs entirely in your browser. When you press the button, it assembles what you wrote into a message and hands it to WhatsApp or to your email programme. Nothing is sent to this website and nothing is saved here.

From that point on, the privacy terms of the respective service apply. For WhatsApp that is WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. and Meta; data may also be transferred to countries outside the EU. If you would rather avoid that, use the email button or simply call — both are on the same page.

Booking and payment

If you book through this website, we process the details you enter in the booking form: name, e-mail address, telephone number, unit selected, dates, number of people and your message. We need them to perform the contract — the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

These details are stored with Cloudflare, where the website is hosted as well. We keep booking data for as long as commercial and tax retention periods require, then delete it.

Payment is handled by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., The One Building, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland. When paying you are redirected to Stripe; you enter your payment details there and not with us. We only learn whether the payment succeeded, along with the payment reference. Stripe is independently responsible for processing your payment data and may transfer data to the USA on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. As long as you do not book, no connection to Stripe is made. There is no Stripe script running on this website.

Server logs

Like every website, this one is delivered by a web host, which records the usual technical access data: IP address, time, the page requested, the volume of data transferred and the browser used. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and trouble-free operation under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. This data is not combined with other sources.

Contact by phone, WhatsApp or email

If you contact us, we process your details in order to answer your enquiry and in case it leads to a booking. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual measures, otherwise our legitimate interest in replying. We keep the data for as long as that requires, and beyond that only where statutory retention periods apply.

Your rights

You have the right to information about the data held about you, to rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, to data portability, and a right to object.
